This is one of only a small known handful of custom knives made with a cross-guard by Harry K. McEvoy, Jr. of the Tru-Balance Knife Company. It came with a very interesting origin story that says it was made for the controversial martial artist figure, Frank Dux of Bloodsport fame that, unfortunately is just not true.
