The Tru Bal Model No.9 Champion came along after I stopped selling Tru-Bal knives the first time. So to fill in the gap in my collection I purchased this knife from a collector in 2011. He had purchased it from Bobby Branton earlier when he sold out his Tru-Bal collection.
