This is a Tru-Bal Bowie-Axe that came from the factory without handles. It is fairly rare though I’ve seen a couple come up on eBay over the years.

I took the standard Tru-Bal leather sheath apart and rebuilt it to form-fit the Bowie-Axe. I added custom fringe and a nice basket-weave design.

The Tru-Bal™ Bowie-Axe has been sold world wide since 1959. It has achieved world fame as an all purpose throwing, game hunting, camping, chopping, combat and survival knife. Handmade, after initial shaping, of specially tempered spring steel, it will stand up to a lifetime of rugged use.
